Pureed edamame is not his food of choice. Playing with it on the other hand is clearly his game of choice.
Sunday Breakfast Tradition
I love trying new breakfast recipes because Sunday breakfast is a nice tradition in our home. I decided to make a Frittata and found this yummy Rachel Ray recipe online. Instead of the Goat and Fontina cheeses, I used a blend of Cheddar, Monterey, and Asadero cheeses and also carmelized the onions. My hubby loved it so much he insists I make this dish the next time we are invited to one of our friend’s home for brunch!
In keeping with our Sunday breakfast tradition, I’ve been on a quest to find the perfect baked French Toast recipe. After searching the web I stumbled upon this recipe that called for a mixture of lots of butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup poured onto the bread only to be baked in. Yum, I thought. I also should disclose, I do not like nor do I eat French Toast so I struggle with imaging what the perfect recipe should taste like. Well, breakfast was served and let’s just say this French Toast won’t be making a second appearance. #fail
